"Tahva Hamilton, a senior at Eureka Springs High School, has been chosen as the October 2023 Eureka Springs Rotary Student of the Month. Tahva, the daughter of Burt Hamilton and Carly James, maintains a 3.5 GPA. She has served as one of the captains of the girl's Soccer team. Tahva enjoys reading. She currently works with her parents at Red Eye Supply Food Truck and enjoys hanging out with her friends. Following graduation, Tahva plans to continue her education to become a teacher."

Our ESMS and ESHS Chess Teams DOMINATED at the District Tournament on Tuesday!
Junior high, consisting of William, Sonny, Draven, and Chase swept the floor with the awards. William (undefeated), Sonny (undefeated), and Draven received 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place awards respectively, and the team received first place overall!
Senior high, consisting of JD, Roman, Finn, and Billy had 3 players in the top 5. JD went undefeated and got 2nd place. The team received first place overall!
