🏀 Future Highlanders Take the Court! 🏀 Get ready for an exciting night at Highlander Arena on Thursday! During halftime of the Junior Girls game, our K-2 Youth Basketball players will hit the court for an action-packed scrimmage! Players should arrive by 5 for the 5:30 performance. Little Dribblers will perform during the Sr. Girls game as well!!! Come cheer on our youngest stars as they showcase their skills and energy. 🎨 7th Grade Scientists Turned Artists! 🧪 Our 7th-grade students put their experimental design and chemistry skills to the test by creating paint from natural materials! They researched binders, pigments, and solvents, then designed and executed their own experiments from start to finish. Students formed hypotheses, crafted materials lists, wrote step-by-step procedures, collected data, and analyzed their results. Finally, they made claims about their chosen materials and provided scientific justifications for their successes (or challenges). Check out these creative scientists who succeeded in making usable paint! 🖌️✨

🎄 Exciting News! 🎄 Our fantastic Child Nutrition Department is serving up a Christmas Dinner this Thursday! 🎅✨ This special meal is FREE for all staff and students.!!

On Monday night, our school board recognized Jim Nelson for his incredible generosity and support of our staff. Every year, Jim and his wife, Susan, give each employee in our district a $35 gift certificate to use at their store in downtown Eureka Springs for Christmas.
