📢 Big shoutout to Mr. Eric Hearth at Eureka Springs High School! 🎉 Arvest Bank recently honored him as part of their “We Love Teachers” initiative, awarding him $500 to help purchase classroom supplies! 🧪📚 Mr. Hearth, who teaches Biology, AP Biology, and Anatomy & Physiology, was one of over 100 teachers across four states to receive this award. 🌟 His dedication to his students and passion for science truly shine! Riley Chapman, the son of Ryan and Jamie Chapman, has been selected as the Eureka Springs Rotary Student of the Month. Riley is a senior and maintains a 4.15 GPA. Riley is President of Skills USA, Vice President of NAMI, and Co-Captain of the Mountain Biking team. He is a member of the Chess club and has been in the Rotary Interact Club. Riley has spent over 100 hours at Trail Core and volunteered at a Golf Tournament. He currently works at Mud Street Café. His hobbies include biking, building bike trails and fishing. Following graduation, Riley plans to attend the University of Arkansas Honors College to pursue a degree in Biological Engineering.

ESES is excited to announce our community-wide shared reading event: ONE SCHOOL, ONE BOOK. We will announce our title at a special student assembly on Friday! Every family will receive a copy of the book along with an introduction letter asking families to read the book together at home over the next few weeks. We are excited that families will be making time together to participate in this special activity!

🦃🍂 Join Us for the Thanksgiving Basket Drive! 🍂🦃 Our Future Business Leaders of America (FBLA) chapter is excited to host a Thanksgiving Basket Drive to support families in need this holiday season! 🎉 We aim to supply 25 baskets filled with essentials and goodies to make Thanksgiving special for selected families in our community. 🛒 How You Can Help: Classes will participate in a can drive to gather non-perishable food items. The class that collects the most items will WIN a prize! 🏆 Let's come together to make a difference and show our community spirit! This week is a reminder for parents, students, teachers, bus drivers, and motorists to work together to keep our kids safe. 🛑 Let’s make sure everyone knows the importance of safety on and around school buses. 🍂🎉 We love a good Fall Fest Friday to celebrate our amazing staff! 🎉🍂 Today, we treated all buildings to some delicious chili dogs, frito pies, sides, drinks, and desserts! 🌭🍰 A HUGE shoutout to Hart's Family Center, Brian Weinmann, and the Eureka Springs Booster Club for helping with the food and to Earl Hyatt for grilling everything up! We also had some fantastic prizes, thanks to Colossal Cupcakes and Cones, Metal Feathers, New Moon Spa, Amused Fine Art & Books, Silly Chile, Eureka Excellent Emporium, and Two Dumb Dames! 🎁 We are beyond thankful for our community partnerships and feel especially blessed with the best staff in Arkansas! ❤️
